Dear SPA Families,

We are excited to welcome our students and families back for another successful school year! As we prepare for Orientation, we kindly ask all families to complete their student's Annual Online Registration in Skyward. Completing registration before Orientation will help make the process smoother and faster for everyone.

"Go to Previously or Currently Enrolled Students Online Registration (for all students)"
3️⃣ Complete and submit all required forms:
✔️ Verify Student Information
✔️ Residency Information
✔️ Health Services Forms
✔️ Technology Insurance Form
✔️ Transportation Request Form (required for bus transportation)
✔️ All additional registration forms
🚌 Important: If transportation is needed, the Transportation Request Form must be completed before bus assignments can be processed.

📚 Student Orientation Day

Students and families are invited to attend Orientation on:
📅 August 10 from 8AM to 11AM
During Orientation, families will:
✅ Receive important school information
✅ Pick up student schedules
✅ Receive student devices faster when registration is completed in advance
✅ Meet teachers and staff
✅ Learn school expectations and procedures
✅ Prepare for a successful school year
Families who complete Skyward registration before Orientation will be able to move through the process more quickly and spend more time connecting with our staff and learning about the upcoming school year.

🎉 Special Dress-Down Incentive!

Students who attend Orientation on August 10 can dress down on August 11, 12, 13 and 14 will earn the opportunity to dress down by following the guidelines below:

👖 Pants and Shorts

✅ Jeans or denim are allowed
✅ Any color except neon colors
✅ Belts must be worn according to SPA standards
✅ No holes or rips
✅ No baggy pants

👗 Dresses

✅ May be without a collar
✅ Must have sleeves
✅ Prints and patterns are allowed
✅ Must be below the knee

🚫 Skirts

❌ Not allowed

👕 T-Shirts

✅ Any color except neon colors
✅ Must not be see-through
✅ School-appropriate printed designs are allowed
✅ Must have short or long sleeves
❌ No tank tops

👟 Footwear

✅ Closed-toe shoes only
❌ Crocs are not allowed on campus
❌ Slides are not allowed on campus
❌ Flip-flops are not allowed on campus
❌ House slippers are not allowed on campus
❌ Mules are not allowed on campus
❌ Open-toed or open-heeled shoes are not allowed on campus

🎩 Hats

❌ Hats are not allowed on campus

💉 Attention Incoming 7th Grade Families

Florida requires all incoming 7th-grade students to have a current TDaP vaccination on file before school begins.
🩺 Langley Health Services will be available during Orientation for students who still need the TDaP vaccine.
